The company was formed originally in 1995 as a partnership between father and son, Robert and Daren Fox, the company was originally incorporated in 1999 under the name of Fox Online Ltd. The company was re branded in 2005 to reflect its changing market position to Software Design & Development Ltd. The company has at present in excess of 350 active clients, and is currently working on many major projects in the following sectors
